Allan Hugh Fraser (born 21 July 1948 in St. Stephen, New Brunswick) is a Canadian folk musician and songwriter. During the late 1960s and early 1970s, he was part of Fraser & DeBolt (along with Daisy DeBolt), and released two albums with Columbia Records. Many artists have recorded his songs, including John Oates, The Duhks,〔(21 February 2005). "Interview: The Duhks discuss and perform their music, part two", ''All Things Considered''.〕 Cassell Webb, Cal Hand with Leo Kottke, Tom Russell, and Penny Lang. He has lived in Montreal since 1994 with the artist Donna Louthood,〔Dunlevy, T'Cha (31 January 2008). "Coming full circle to song", ''The Gazette'', p.
